This privately owned luxury villa located in the gated resort of Tulemar Gardens in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica. Built in 2005, this Bali Modern style villa totals 4,000 square feet of tropical, open-air living with 3 private, air conditioned suites. Further amenities include panoramic sunset ocean views, an infinity edge plunge pool, Balinese pavilion and a private beach. It is one house consisting of three private suites. It sits on a hillside overlooking the ocean and is bordered by jungle filled with monkeys, sloth and iguanas. Tulemar Gardens is a luxury gated/secure resort with facilities that include a restaurant, bar, pool and a beautiful tropical beach with bar and food service.
Deposit: Low and High Season A non refundable deposit of 50% is due when the reservation has been confirmed. The balance due must be deposited 30 days prior to guest arrival. Cancellation Policy: Low & High Season
If cancellations are made 31 days or more before arrival date, 50% penalty fee applies. (deposit amount) Less than 30 days no refund.
There will be no refunds for early departures.

If cancellations are made 61 days or more before arrival date, 50% penalty fee applies. (deposit amount) Less than 60 days no refund.
