We present to you this one bedroom rental for an intimate retreat. The upper level of the villa provides comfort and luxury in a less expansive space than the two bedroom rental properties. The One Bedroom Villa Rental Features: One Bedroom with two queen size beds or 1 King, One Bathroom, Separate living area, Covered fully furnished terrace, Eat in Kitchen. Sleeps up to four people.
Deposit: Low, High Season & Peak Season: 25% deposit required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: Low and High Season
The 75% balance is refundable with written request notice 15 days or more prior to arrival. The 25% deposit is non refundable.
Peak Season:
Resevations that include part or all dates ranging from Dec. 15 to Jan 5th must be cancelled and prepaid on or before Oct. 14th. Any cancellations before this date 75% refund, after these dates will incur 100% penalty. Reservations for the week of Easter must be prepaid 60 days prior to arrival and cancelled 60 days prior to receive refund. The 25% deposit is non refundable.
