This beautiful 2 bedroom villa is located within an upscale golf community, just 400 meters away from a rocky beach and 500 meters away from Playa Mansita, which is a nice sandy beach. This villa is fully equipped with an elegant rustic style and top of the line amenities. All bedrooms are suites, the master bathroom has a Jacuzzi & they also have DVD, Cable TV, Internet access & telephone for local calls. Grocery shopping, maid service and private cooking services are available. Hacienda Pinilla offers a world championship 18 holes golf course, a stable with 43 horses, tennis courts & 6km of pristine beaches. There are 6 restaurants available inside the property (4 at JW Marriott, one at Hotel La Posada & 1 snacks bar at the golf course).
Deposit: 50% deposit upon confirmation, the balance must be paid 15 days prior to arrival. For reservations during Peak Season the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy: Low Season:
8 days or more there is no penalty. 7 days or less 1-night penatly.
High Season:
More than 1 month there is no penalty. 1 month or less 1-night penatly.
Peak Season:
More than 6 months there is no penalty. 6 months or less 1-night penatly plus the deposit.
