This cottage is a nice one-story structure that accommodates from 2 to 6 individuals in two cozy rooms. The view out onto Playa Negra is breathtaking; you will feel very in touch with nature. This lovely cottage boasts a fully equipped kitchen complete with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, two burner stove and coffee maker. You will be conveniently 5 minutes away from town, so you can take short walks to meet the friendly locals and get to know the lively village. The walking distance to the beach from this unit is 5 minutes.
Deposit: All Seasons - A non refundable deposit of 25% is due upon confirmation. Balance due 15 days prior arrival date Peak Season - No refunds from December 20th through January 3rd and Easter Week.
