This two story, seaside dwelling is delightfully decorated with wooden furniture and vibrant colors. There are two bedrooms on the upper level, one of them has a King size bed and the other one has a Full Size bed. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom upstairs. On the lower level, the living room features a queen size sofa bed and colorful paintings. The kitchen is fully equipped and the entire unit is cooled by a central air conditioning system. Outside there is a common pool, lounge chairs and a gorgeous tropical garden. The beautiful Tamarindo beach is located less than 3 minutes away!
Deposit: 50% non refundable deposit is due upon confirmation.
Cancellation Policy: Low and High season.
50% deposit is due upon confirmation and is non refundable. 31 days or more prior to arrival 50% refund, 30 days or less no refund, although applicable to a future reservation within a year from cancellation date.
Peak season
Resevations that include part or all dates ranging from Dec.18 to Jan 2 must be cancelled and prepaid on or before Oct. 14th. Any cancellations before this date 75% refund, after these dates will incur 100% penalty. Reservations for the week of Easter must be prepaid 60 days prior to arrival and cancelled 60 days prior to receive refund. The 50% deposit is non refundable.
