This beach cottage is a terrific two-story structure that can accommodate up to 3 people in one comfortable bedroom. This fantastic cottage gets its name from the kinkajous that can be heard among the trees. Guests will fall in love with the picturesque jungle setting that surrounds this Cottage. This lovely cottage boasts a fully equipped kitchen complete with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, two burner stove and coffee maker. Puerto Viejo is a very laid back Caribbean village, you will be conveniently 5 minutes away from town, so you can take short walks to see the village. The walking distance to the beach from this unit is 5 minutes.
Deposit: All Seasons - A non refundable deposit of 25% is due upon confirmation. Balance due 15 days prior arrival date Peak Season - No refunds from December 20th through January 3rd and Easter Week.
