Deposit: Low, High and Peak Seasons require 50% deposit upon confirmation.
Cancellation Policy: Low Season - If the reservation is cancelled with more than 30 days from the guests arrival, there will not be a penalty.
If it is cancelled between 30 days and 22 days, there will be a 25% penalty.
If it is cancelled between 22 days and 15 days, there will be a 50% penalty.
If it is cancelled within 15 days or less, there will be a 100% penalty.
High Season - If the reservation is cancelled with more than 45 days from the guests arrival, there will not be a penalty.
If it is cancelled between 45 days and 30 days, there will be a 25% penalty.
If it is cancelled between 30 days and 15 days, there will be a 50% penalty.
If it is cancelled within 15 days or less, there will be a 100% penalty.

50% non refundable deposit due upon confirmation, 100% penalty if cancelled 60 days or less prior to arrival
