Deposit: 25% deposit at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: Low and High Season:
25% deposit is due upon confirmation and is non refundable. 15 days or more prior to arrival 75% refund, 14 days or less No Refund.
Peak Season:
Reservations that include part or all dates ranging from Dec.18 to Jan 2 must be cancelled and prepaid on or before Oct. 14th. Any cancellations before this date 75% refund, after these dates will incur 100% penalty. Reservations for the week of Easter must be prepaid 60 days prior to arrival and cancelled 60 days prior to receive refund. The 25% deposit is non refundable.
