This three-bedroom, two-story, Ocean View villa is fully furnished with top-quality amenities. Spacious enough for a family or large group to enjoy each other while still allowing for privacy. It will comfortably sleep eight people, and includes 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, laundry room with washer and dryer, elegantly furnished dining room, luxuriously comfortable living room, master bedroom balcony, cable TV with VCR and central air conditioning. Its also equipped with 3 bedrooms, king - size converters available upon request. These villas are located farther up the hill away from the beach and the pool approximately 4 minutes walking.
Deposit: Low Season: A pre payment of 50% is due 30 days prior to guest's arrival. High Season: A pre payment of 50% is due 45 days prior to guest's arrival. Peak Season: A pre payment of 50% is due 60 days prior to guest's arrival
Cancellation Policy: Low and High Season
25% non refundable deposit upon confirmation. 16 days or more prior to arrival 75% refund, 15 days or less prior to arrival 50% penalty, no refunds for early checkout.
Peak Season
50% non refundable deposit upon confirmation. Resevations that include part or all dates ranging from Dec. 16 to Jan 4th must be cancelled and prepaid on or before Oct. 14th. Any cancellations before this date 50% refund, after these dates will incur 100% penalty. Reservations for the week of Easter must be prepaid 60 days prior to arrival and cancelled 60 days prior to receive refund.
