This privately owned luxury air-conditioned home is located in the gated community of Las Palmas. Built in 2010 this modern style home has all the amenities to make your stay unforgettable. Garage parking. Built on the edge of a tropical rain forest with all its tranquility and still only 20 minutes from shops restaurants and beaches. Local attractions include ATV tours, horseback riding to waterfalls, canopy tours zip lining and much more. The community has a full time property manager on site that can introduce you to the community concierge and offer you any required information. The home is luxuriously furnished and includes stainless steel appliances.
Deposit: A security deposit of $200 is required and must be paid in cash to our on site property manager on day of arrival. Deposit will be refunded following a departure inspection.
