This home rental is luxuriously furnished and include state of the art appliances and electronics from all over the world. 100-year-old teak wheels and antique African baskets are featured throughout, which add to the magical setting you will find yourself in. This 2 Bedroom house features fully air-conditioned, travertine marble floors throughout, mood setting indirect lighting, recessed and track.
Deposit: Low, High Season & Peak Season: 25% deposit required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: Low and High Season
The 75% balance is refundable with written request notice 15 days or more prior to arrival. The 25% deposit is non refundable.
Peak Season:
Resevations that include part or all dates ranging from Dec. 15 to Jan 5th must be cancelled and prepaid on or before Oct. 14th. Any cancellations before this date 75% refund, after these dates will incur 100% penalty. Reservations for the week of Easter must be prepaid 60 days prior to arrival and cancelled 60 days prior to receive refund. The 25% deposit is non refundable.
