The Good News! Beautiful view of the ocean. Nice balcony....Room is spacious in Costa Verde II. Beds were comfortable. Look Out For The Mischievous Cat :) ......peace Lodge

Thanks to VacationCity, We just returned from a wonderful stay at Peace Lodge. We were in the Doris Room, a standard room, but one that has a waterfall just like the deluxe. Very few gripes..the place was beautiful. But you must know that a cat who apparently belongs to the hotel enters rooms at night by opening the balcony screen door and sleeps on the furniture... Price Gouging

We stayed at this place that an all inclusive hotel, it has stated when we got there that it was their high season the last week of August. The paperwork we received said that their high season was after August 31st. They did not and would not honor the witten word and the reception staff and supervision was not accomadating at all. I've done some investigation on diving in Central America. I have heard so much about the marine life found in Costa Rica, but no one I talked to seems to remember where they have gone. Can anyone tell me where the best hot spots for diving are and what underwater species are most common?

Rookie Wants To Learn

Last time I was in Costa Rica I did some snorkeling and was very impressed by the wide variety of marine life that could be seen in the oceans. Ever since my last visit I have had the urge to explore more. I'm scheduled to come down during October; I am keenly interested in taking up diving lessons. Where can I find something like that?
