How do the packages of the Turtle Beach work that are offered in your website Bus-Boat 3 days 2 nights? I am not sure that I understand what's included.

I heard that Rancho Casa Grande is 15 minutes away from Manuel Antonio so I was thinking that it will be better renting a car for my family, we already booked local flights from San Jose and we need to know if we can arrange a car rental in the Quepos Airport or do we have to do it in advance?
