My friends and I have known each other since high school; we have been saving money, so we can travel to Costa Rica together. We have heard only wonderful things about the coasts down there. We wanted to know what kind of surfing tours are available?

Here in Costa Rica there are dozens of surfing beaches so what I would recommend you is to check the beaches you like the most and then hiring a surfing instructor when you get there. The best instructors rarely work for a company so talking to the locals is the way to go.
