Anyone visiting the Liberia area, DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT use PLUS Rent a car. I rented a car from this outfit for 3 days and paid cash for my rental. They put a $750 U.S deposit on my Visa and did not remove the deposit on return of the vehicle. They had a couple of young kids working for them that would deliver the vehicle to your hotel, but would not pick it up at the agreed upon time. I left the vehicle and keys at the hotel's reception for Plus Rent a Car to pick up.

I contacted the owner when I got back home, who said he would "look into it for me" and after a month did not return my call. The charge is still on my Visa and Royal Bank Visa is investigating the bogus charge at this point in time. Do yourself a favor and use a reputable Car Rental Agency.
