My friend and I are 22 and need an all-inclusive resort where we can party and surf plus explore what costa rica has to offer...any ideas?

I'm travelling to costa on Feb 16th till the 25th. I'll be with 2 other freinds that I have travelled with to Australia and many other places. We're taking a couple of days to go fish and stay on the boat but the rest of the time we will be adventureing and parting. Right now I'm trying to book a hotel for the time we are not on the boat.
