Reviews Of Costa Rica

My sister just came back from Costa Rica where she spent three nights at Lapa Rios, she really liked the hotel, but when she requested the complementary tour to the private reserve, the people at the front desk told her that such a tour was not longer available as complementary, is it true? Does any one know how much the tour costs? She decided not to take and send a note to Vacation City, but the tour still appear as complementary in their web page. Thank you?
