We will be in the hotel Samara Beach on our vacation and we want to do some diving, is this a good area? Do we have to be certified for diving in Costa Rica?

Hey! Before my diving experience in Costa Rica I did a lot of research on diving in the country. I ended up going to the northern Pacific area and had a great time. The amounts of fish you see are awesome. My friend went to Samara Beach hotel and found it to be a good basic hotel and a good value for the money.
