Reviews Of Costa Rica

My family would be visiting Costa Rica probably the next month and they want to spend two nights at the Heliconia Hotel in Monteverde; but we are wondering if there is a pick up place for the different tours in the area or if we can get picked up at Heliconia? We want to take the Canopy Tour Selvatura, Don Juan Coffee Tour and a least two more activities. Thank you for your help.
