I have booked this hotel for a few nights in November. So far, the staff has been EXTREMELY accomodating and I very much look forward to visiting. Very, very friendly.... I just had to share. :)

Hey Timothy, We will be going in Febuary so please give us a better review after your trip is over. The Arenal Volcano Inn looks real nice so we choose it but just like my mother always said; looks can be decieving.
