How Far Is Xandari Form The San Jose Airport

My girl friend and I want to visit Costa Rica maybe the next month and both are really interested in spending two nights at Xandari Resort & Spa, does any one know how long does it take to get to the hotel from the San Jose International Airport. I have heard that this hotel is close to La Paz Waterfall Gardens, do you know how far this park is, my girl friend is very interested in visiting the waterfalls and the butterflies.
