I am going to stay at hotel that a friend of my recomemmded called Cariblue Hotel, but I need to know what kind of menu they serve? I was reading about this hotel, the chef is from Italy so I am concern because I want to taste the typical and local food during my stay not Italian,,,I can get that here.
Curious says:
The restaurant of the hotel Cariblue offer good variety, included typical food of Costa Rica, the chef is italian so obviosly the italian food is the most special dish but also you can drive to Puerto Viejo that is at just 10 minutes and find other options for having lunch or dinner.
