Curios & gknute, diving cannot be done from the Barcelo Tambor because there is not a dive shop or any diving company close by. The Carribean side of Costa Rica also does not offer diving. Your best choices will come from the following towns: Tamarindo, Flamingo, Ocotal, Playa Panama, Drake Bay or Dominical. My suggestion is for you to contact one of the travel agents at Vacationcity.com, they also book our trips (4 so far). We have never had any problems and their service has been superb & it's free.
