Is It Right On The Beach?

I'm considering Club Del Sol for my next trip to Costa Rica and I would like to know if the Condos are right on the beach… I can’t tell from the pictures. The description says 150 meters from the shore… but is it 150 meters of gardens and beach or you have to cross the street or something like that... Please help!

The hotel Club del Sol is less than one block walking to the beach. There is no ocean view but it is a nice resort for families and is located in a safe and quiet area of Jaco. The condos are very beautiful and the gardens are very well kept around the pool. I recommend it highly.
