Smaller Rooms Available?

Does this hotel offer smaller rooms, if so what kind of view and amenities they have? We're only 2 people and all the Villas they advertise are for 8 people? needless to stay we don?t want/need such a huge room?

We stayed in Bahia Pez Vela last year and they just offer Villas, the only difference is the location because some of the villas are located nearby to the ocean, this is a hotel more for families if you are looking for a small a nice rooms in this same area maybe you can visit the hotel Ocotal Resort, they has Standard rooms with ocean view and access to the beach too.
