I am traveling with my wife and two children, are the children allowed at the Occidental Grand Papagayo, do they offer a special children's rate?

My boyfriend and I, just visited Costa Rica last month and we stayed for four nights at the Grand Papagayo, I will say that this hotel is more for adults than for children, however children are allowed.
