I have heard that Villa Sol is an all inclusive hotel, does it include alcohol and snacks between the meals or just the 3 basic meals?

I think this is a beautiful hotel, great beach and excelent view. Yes there all inclusive includes drinks and snacks. They have a great variety of drinks, exotic cocktails and snacks. My favorite restaurant during my stay was La Bahia!
