Everything I read about the Paradisus Playa Conchal sounds great, is this resort as nice as the reviews say?

Me and my wife were there last year and everything was perfect! The people, services and food are amazing. They have 7 different restaurants with all kinds of gourmets as Italian, Mediterranean, International Cuisine and much more. Daily shows, entertaiment and activities are included. We really enjoyed our stay there!
