Reviews Of Costa Rica

I am planning my next Vacation and of course my destination will be Costa Rica. I will need to spend one night in San Jose since I have a late flight and while looking at VacationCity.com I have found the Bougainvillea Hotel which looks pretty nice, but I do not know if this hotel has air conditioning in the rooms , can any one tell me?
