What is the closest town from the hotel ManGaby for shopping or night life?

I went with my best frind to Csota Rica last year and stayed at Magaby hotel located in Playa Hermos Guanacaste, as we are young and single man were looking for a little night life and went to el Coco which is 20 minutes from Hermosa and had too much fun.
