Beach Front Resort

I am planning our family vacations trip for next summer, we love to stay at the Four Season Resort by Papagayo, it this resort beach front, do we need to take a small cars or shuttle in the resort to move around the property?

Me and my wife were there last summer and we really love it, we stayed on a Deluxe Room that had partial ocean view and most of the rooms have garden or partial ocean views. There is shuttle transportation into the property available and all the services at the resort are first class.
