My wife and I stayed there last month, it is a lovely hotel but they don’t has tennis court, the beach is at walking distance; but you have to take stairs to get there.

The Flamingo Marina Resort DOES IN FACT have a tennis court, right next to the parking lot. I played tennis there 2 weeks ago. The Flaming Beach Hotel, within a 5 minute walk, also has a tennis court.

You can walk down the stairs at the back of the Flamingo Marina Resort, and walk along the beach (which is actually part of the bay - Playa Potrero), or you can walk 5 minutes to the "actual" beach on the Pacific Ocean, directly behind the Flamingo Beach Hotel.
