Airport Taxes

I will go to Costa Rica next week and have heard that there are taxes that the International Airport charges for picking a car up at the Airport does anyone know how much the tax is?

I visited Costa Rica last month and planned to rent a car at the airport, but one of the Vacation City Travel advisors told me that there is a 12% Airport Taxes, but that some rent a car companies pick up the people at the Airport and drive them to their offices in order to deliver the car and avoid the 12% Airport Taxes. I will advise you to contact one the agents and they can help you to rent the car.
