I am planning my next vacations in Costa Rica and want to see the turtles nesting; can any one tell me what the best time in Tortuguero is?

I have been in Vosta Rica twice and have visited Tortuguero once, but remember that I had the same question and people at the hotel in Tortuguero area told me that from July to October is the best time to see turtles.
