Where is the best time to see turtles? When I went to Costa Rica I stayed in Tortuguero for 2 nights it was November and saw many turtles, I remember people at the hotel told me that Nove,ber, December, January and Febryaru are the months for seeing turtles. Regarding the beach, yes there are beaches, but they are noyt swimming beaches, they are very dangerous.
