We like to spend more time on the downtown and surrounding areas than be all day long on a hotel, are many things and places to visit in Tamarindo?

We really enjoy our visit to Tamarindo, there are several restaurant with options for all tastes, we were most of the time on the beach and walk along Tamarindo downtown visiting souvenirs shops, restaurants and enjoyed the sunsets.
