I am planning my next vacations in Costa Rica and want to visit museums, old buildings; can anyone tell me if San Jose Down Town is the place I am looking for?

Hi there! I went to Costa Rica last summer and spent two nights in San Jose Down Town where I was able to visit the National Museum, the Gold museum and the National Theater (all in one day), the other date I took a tour to Cartago which is the oldest City of Costa Rica.
