Location Of The International Airport

I have heard that the International Airport is located right in San Jose Down Town, does any one know how long the drive is from The International Airport to San Jose Down Town?

I visited Costa Rica last March and spent to nights in San Jose and it took me 15 minutes to get San Jose Down Town from the Airport.
