Are there really hot springs at Arenal Springs? I want to stay at a hotel that has access to the hot water springs.

I was there two months ago and NO they do not have hot springs. You can always stay there and pay the entrance to Tabacon Hot Springs or stay at Tabacon but it is alot more expensive.
