Last time I’ll be there during the “Virgin of the Sea Festival” in July for they has numerous festivals, in February and March the city dresses up for annual carnival celebrations.

MY HUSBAND AND I ARE GOING TO PUNTARENAS COSTA RICA IN FEBRUARY,ITS OUR FIRST TIME GOING TO COSTA RICA. WE ARE STAYING AT FIESTA RESORT AND CASINO. I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM ANYONE WHO HAS STAYED THERE AND LET US KNOW HOW IT WAS. THE RESORT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL. THANKS
