Good Waves Or Not So Good?

I heard Zancudo beach is an excellent destination for surfers, is this true? Are there any nice hotels near the water?

The best surfing spot near Zancudo is Pavones, is a real meca for surfers, but the hotels in Pavones are very basic so if you're looking for luxury accomodations you'd need to stay somewhere else.
