Is there a big difference between the deluxe rooms and the suites at Montaņa de Fuego? Is it worth spending the extra money on the Suite or are the deluxe rooms good enough?

My best friends, my husband and I were there last month, we stayed in a suite and our friends stayed in a deluxe room, I really do not regret paying the extra money for the suite, it was just beautiful and a lot more spacious. Actually my friends wanted an upgrade but could not get it because they were booked.
