Can I get vegetarian entrees at the Arenal Country Inn restaurant?

I was there a few months ago and they did offer vegeratian entrees, as best as I remember there are fours different salads and all of them are vegetarian salads. Costa Rica has lots of delicious fruits and vegetables.
