I was surprise for the different delicious dishes that you can find in Limon, there are several restaurants where you can find typical dishes and most of them are made with coconut oil and hot peppers, for example the “gallo pinto” is called Rice and beans and but cooked with coconut and gave it a really particular flavour. Paty and panbon are other particular meals.
