Which is the closest airport to Flamingo and how far is it?

I flew to Tamarindo airstrip and it is just 30 min away from Flamingo. You can take a cab from the airport to Tamarindo or if you prefer you can rent a car in advance and when you get at the airport the car rental company will deliver it at the airport.

The closest "commercial" airport would be Liberia Airport. It's around 90 minutes to Flamingo from there. The airstrip in Tamarindo is for small inter-country planes.
