Tour To Bocas Del Toro

Me and my family are planning to be in Puerto Viejo or Cahuita and would like to visit Bocas del Toro, can we make a one day tour to go there or must be at least two day to visit that area?

Hello there, my name is Scott and I did the same trip, we stayed at Almonds and Corals for three nights and they also arranged two nights at Bocas del Toro and then travel back to Almonds and Coral and stayed the last night there to travel back to San Jose, those areas were amazing.
