This property has amazing views of the ocean from the mountains above Quepos and Manuel Antonio National Park. Nearby there are several tourist projects being constructed that will bring tourists from Quepos up for horseback riding, hiking and other adventures. The property has road frontage on the national road that goes between San Marcos de Terrazu and Quepos. It is about 16 kilometers from San Marcos and 30 kilometers from Quepos. The road is open all year and can normally be traveled by two wheel drive vehicles. Some of the better views from the farm are in the center of the property, there is a internal road to this area. At the present time it may be impassible during the rainy season and a 4wd vehicle would be needed in the dry season.
