Costa Rica Lake Arenal
Click to enlargeLake Arenal is a wonderful location in Costa Rica by the Sierra de Tilaran in Guanacaste. This lake is the eternal companion of the impressive Arenal volcano which had its last eruption on Sept 5th, 2003; although it is still active since 1968 with very small random eruptions. The weather on this wonderful Costa Rica Lake is tropical, the dry season is between December and April and it rains the rest of the year. It is cold in the area located 1500 meters above sea level, which has a temperature of 14ºC.
