There are a total of 2 suites, located on a second floor. Overlooking the most famous surf beach in Costa Rica, 5 minutes to Jaco beach downtown for the night life. All the facilities for surfers and families. Absolutely the best location in Hermosa Beach for surfers and families. Each have air conditioning, Refrigerator, Microwave, coffemaker, TV in Each Bedroom, and a small living room with TV, Bathroom with Hot Water Shower cold water in sink. Each have a small front porch. Suites come equipped with 1 double size bed.

Building A faces the Pool. Buliding B & C face the Ocean. There is a total of a total of 4 Penthouses over-looking the ocean and 2 Penthouses over-looking the pool. Total of 12 Condos including Penthouses.
