The restaurant has a roofed area and an open-air dinning area. Lookout Inn Restaurant proudly serves a combination national and international cuisine. They prepare delicious home-cooked meals, and even if you have a dietary request, you just let them know, and the will do their best to satisfy your appetite. Meals are serves in a buffet style, and dinner is served on the main deck or high above on the observation deck to enjoy the ocean view and the cool breezes.
At the Look Out Inn you may savor delicious fruits from their own plantation. Some of the fruit that you may enjoy during their season are fresh papaya, mango, pineapple, and five kinds of bananas. They also purchase fresh locally produced cheese and then Terry turns his magic on by smoking it and turning it into a tropical delicacy. He also smokes fresh pork and fish purchased from the local people. Fresh homemade bread and muffins are always a treat. They enjoy cooking and want you to share in that joy.
